Walk-in clients are welcome, however, whenever possible, please call in advance for an appointment. Emergency cases will always receive priority treatment, followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Transportation appointments are on a first come-first serve basis. We require full payment at the time services are rendered. Scheduled surgeries require a deposit of the estimated total. Any additional fees are paid upon retrieval of family pet. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
Return checks are subject to a $40 "return check fee" in order to cover bank fees and collection expenses. Return checks must be paid in cash or with a credit card within 5 days of receiving notice by phone, email or US Mail. All return check items not recovered within the 5 day period will be sent to the Ventura District Attorney's office for appropriate action.
In order to protect you and your pet, as well as others at our hospital, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the front desk waiting area, exam rooms or while waiting outside.
All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
